You may have tried the new London Fog Slanted Coffee Jelly bottles at Boba Guys. It’s part of their Fall/Winter 2021 seasonal menu and it’s not to be missed! But did you know you can make your own version of a London Fog at home with the same Earl Grey tea they use in the Boba Guys stores? You can - and we’ll teach you how!
In this recipe, we’re going to brew a cup of London Fog with our Earl Grey tea. To take it to the next level, we included the recipe for a Lavender London Fog. This is a soothing, floral version featuring our Lavender Black!
Tea People London Fog Recipe
Ingredients:

6 oz milk of choice

6 oz brewed Earl Grey tea, hot

2 tbsp Tea People Earl Grey tea

7 oz filtered water, heated to 190°

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Brown sugar to taste
Directions:

Steep tea in 190° water for 4 minutes. Strain tea and set aside.

Warm milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir constantly for about 3 minutes. Once it’s steaming and heated through, remove from heat.

In a cup, add the hot tea and hot milk. Add the vanilla extract and brown sugar (to taste). Stir and enjoy!
