Guide: How to Cold Brew Tea
You don’t always have to drink your favorite tea hot. In fact, we think that some of our favorite teas taste better cold. The easiest way to make the best batch of iced tea is to cold brew your tea. Cold brewing allows for your tea leaves to slowly unfurl and extracts complex flavors without letting your tea get bitter from potential overstepping. It also may be the most fail-proof way to brew tea and with our new Tall Brew Pots, we broke down the steps to getting the best cold steep: Leaves, water, fridge, strain.
Use our Tall Brew Pot for the easiest, fail-proof cold brew vessel.
Add 4 Tsp. of your favorite loose leaf. We used our Lychee Green Tea here.
Fill with 1000ml of room temperature water, or to the very top of the brew pot.
